SPECIAL REPORT E-BOOK: Q. Are there any natural ways to get rid of pin worms? A. Yes, there are. Pin worms can be transmitted by physical contact with an infected surface, such as clothing or bedding. Like all parasites, they are scavengers, and they can only live in a certain type of environment. They thrive in a toxic constipated environment... in fact, worms are like nature's irrigation system, often preventing a case of constipation from becoming a total blockage of the intestines. Therefore, it is necessary to thoroughly clean out the intestines, particularly the colon (large intestine). If this is not done, the cause of the problem will still remain and taking all the best herbal formulas in the world will be a vain effort. Even if you don't seem to be constipated per-se, it is likely that you have a layer of hardened mucus and fecal material along the walls of your colon, so always start with a bowel cleanse, even if you don't think you need one. Complete detailed step-by-step instructions for cleaning out all the parasites, parasite eggs, disease germs, old fecal matter, the gum you swallowed when you were five, and everything else that is stuck in your colon and poisoning you right now are in my book "The Foundational Cleansing and Nourishing Program." This wonderfully useful book also reveals how to clean stones, fat, cholesterol, and toxic buildup out of your liver and get your kidneys working like they did when you were 16! It is also very important to avoid consuming anything synthetic or artificial (e.g., food additives, preservatives, pharmaceutical drugs, etc.) and to minimize or eliminate your consumption of animal foods (meat, dairy, eggs, etc.) and processed foods like white flour and sugar products, and maximize your intake of fresh raw organic fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, seeds, legumes, and nutritional herbs in order to create an environment inside your body that will be healthy for you, but repulsive to the parasites. Also, be sure to drink at least one ounce of steam distilled water per pound of your body weight per day. Once the environment is corrected, there are several things you can do herbally to get rid of the worms for good. Many people find that a thorough bowel cleanse is all they need to get rid of worms. If they're still hanging on, however, there are several other things you can use to send them packing. Fast for several days on distilled water and fresh homemade fruit and vegetable juices and eat several ounces of fresh pumpkin seeds each day. You could also use a combination of equal parts pumpkin seeds, watermelon seeds, and cucumber seeds. After doing this for several days in a row, take a good herbal laxative as described in my book "The Foundational Cleansing and Nourishing Program" and drink generously of fennel seed or slippery elm bark tea. This should flush them out. Some people may need to repeat this procedure 2 or 3 times if their case is especially stubborn. You can also use a mixture of anti-parasitic herbs like equal parts of: pink root, black walnut leaves, burdock root, male fern, pomegranate root bark, wormwood, and lobelia. It is recommended to take 1/2 teaspoon of this formula (powdered), mixed in honey or molasses morning and night for three days. Then take an herbal laxative to keep your bowels fairly loose (but not watery). White oak bark tea, used as an enema, has also been used successfully to get rid of pin worms. It is also important to bathe every morning to wash away any pinworm eggs that may have been deposited around the anus to help prevent re-infestation. PLEASE READ: I am currently writing a book on pin worms that will cover more topics in more detail than this article alone can do. Would you please take a moment to e-mail me and let me know what your most pressing concern is with pin worms so I can include it in the book? Also, if you're signed up for my FREE e-mail course, you will be notified as soon as the book is available. Don't see what you're looking for? Let me know what you'd like to see. Click Here. Click
