"The difficult is done at once, the impossible takes a little longer." -- Arabian Proverb
| Whole Food Nutritional Supplements
from Brain Garden and Frequensea Many nutritional supplements on the market are made from substances that are better foods for plants than for humans. Dead minerals (dirt) are often included in nutritional supplements, but, although they can be absorbed into the bloodstream, they cannot be assimilated or used by the human body. Humans can only assimilate and use live organic whole foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, seeds, legumes, and herbs, and, to a lesser degree meat, dairy, and other animal products (these are second hand nutrition and poorly suited to your body, although it can get some use out of them). This is one reason many people think that natural healing does not work, they think of nutrition as a shelf full of pills and powders that people spend thousands of dollars on and still don't get well. We were simply never meant to eat dirt, or oyster shells, or chalk, or synthetic vitamins produced from petroleum by-products, or activated sewage sludge (synthetic vitamin B12). Our bodies can't recognize non-food items and wouldn't be able to assimilate and use them if they could recognize them... not to mention all the harmful side-effects that come with the use of synthetic products. Animals are the same way, by the way, their bodies use plants for food and the plants use dirt, rocks, and other dead things for food. The Bible says in Psalm 104:14, "He causeth the grass to grow for the cattle, and herb for the service of man: that he may bring forth food out of the earth." In other words, plants take up these dead things from the soil, and incorporate them into their cells, thus making them alive and assimilable for animals and humans. When we try to skip this step, we only make trouble for ourselves. It is indeed rare to find a product that is marketed as a nutritional supplement that contains nothing but whole, raw, live food and no synthetics. But here's one company that does just that. I was introduced to it recently and wanted to share it with all my readers. It's called Brain Garden. They sell a number of delicious raw whole food products that not only taste wonderful (yes, I've tried them), they are better for your health than the most expensive, high-tech, purified, standardized, isolated, synthetic supplements on the market. Why? Because they're made from the most sophisticated nutrient source in the entire universe -- plants! Food plants contain all the nutrients we could ever need (if we eat a good variety of them) in the perfect forms, designed specially for our bodies by our all-wise Creator who knew exactly how to construct our perfect fuel source. The only problem I have with them is that their products aren't certified organic, but if you're like most people and just looking for an easy and convenient way to transition to a healthier way of eating, they could be an excellent option for you. So if anyone from Brain Garden reads this, please start making a line of certified organic products. Let's not stop here, let's keep on moving in the right direction. Other than that, Kudos on the good work. :)
Brain Garden also sells a line of pure essential oils and synthetic-free
cosmetic products. Their web site is HERE. Here's an update about this company that I recently received from one of their representatives: Our main product is
now Frequensea and it is awesome. It is ionic sea If you found the information on this site useful and would like to send a "Thank You" donation to help keep this site free, just click on my tip jar below.
