How to Make Sure You Get our E-Mails
Increasingly, ISPs are using filtering systems to try and keep Spam out of customers' inboxes. But all too often, they also filter the e-mail that you want to receive. To make sure that ChrisLewisMH.com e-zines, e-mail courses and support e-mails are not filtered into your "junk" or "bulk" folder, please add ChrisLewisMH.com to your list of trusted senders. Here's how: Hotmail: Place the domain ChrisLewisMH.com in your safe list. The safe list can be accessed via the "Options" link next to the main menu tabs. AOL: Place the domain ChrisLewisMH.com in your address book. Yahoo! Mail: If one of our e-zines is filtered to your 'bulk' folder, open the message and click on the "this is not Spam" link next to the "From" field. Also, place the domain ChrisLewisMH.com in your safe list. Other providers: If our ChrisLewisMH.com newsletter is being filtered, try adding our domain from our newsletter's 'From' or 'Reply-to' address to your address book or contact list. If this option is not available, try moving the message to your 'inbox' or forwarding the message to yourself. If subsequent messages continue to be filtered, call or e-mail your ISP's tech support and specifically ask how you can be sure to receive all e-mail from ChrisLewisMH.com. Follow their instructions for whitelisting this domain. Also, check your "junk mail" folder, if you have one to see if messages from ChrisLewisMH.com have been sent there and if so, click the "this is not junk mail" button (NOTE: this feature may not be available on all email programs). Please NOTE that the emails in my free e-course will have one of the following "Subject" lines: (Name), Welcome to "The Medicines in Your Spice Cupboard" (Name), Lesson 1 "The Medicines in Your Spice
Cupboard" It's a shame to have to bother you like this, but in this day and age, we feel like the dolphin caught in the tuna-spam net. We support fully the anti-spam measures of all mail servers and ISPs. But please do make sure that your mail server or ISP is not accidentally keeping ChrisLewisMH.com information from you. We're sorry for the inconvenience, but these circumstances are beyond our control. All we can do is work together with the ISPs to shut out the spammers. Thank You from ChrisLewisMH.com Customer Support. NOTE: Please also make sure that your email inbox is not full and that the address is still active/valid. The suggestions on this page should fix most of the problems you might have with receiving your free course emails, but if you run into a situation that is not remedied by any of these measures, please do let me know and I'll do what I can to help.
