Find a Naturopathic Doctor
If you're sick and tired of (and because of) the "cut-burn-poison" approach used by most "conventional" doctors, this site will help you find a doctor for yourself and your family who has a strong preference for (and training in) natural therapies. Conventional MD's receive absolutely NO training in natural therapies, but ND's (Naturopaths) do. 

A Great Vegetarian Restaurant
All of their food is Vegan (no animal products) and most of it is organic. This is the best food I have had at a restaurant health-wise and the taste is better than most other restaurants I've been to as well. I would give them a perfect 10 for food. Even someone on the Incurables Program could eat here! Their address is: Spirit World Cafe 1124 Manitou Ave., Manitou Springs, CO 80829.

Pacific Botanicals
A bulk wholesaler of organically grown and wild crafted medicinal herbs. I get many of my herbs from them. They do sell to individuals, but you have to order at least a pound of most herbs. The prices are great though so you can get enough to last a year or two.

American Botanical Pharmacy
Although I make most of my own herbal preparations myself, I sometimes order from these guys, and highly recommend them. Great quality products!

Vitamin Cottage
I get most of my fresh produce here. Their company policy allows the various stores to carry only organically grown produce. Organic produce is much more nutritious than, and does not contain the poisons that are used with conventionally grown produce that can cause cancer and other diseases. And since most of the poisons we come in contact with are in our food, making the switch to organic can be a tremendous boost to your health.

        Sure it costs more, but if a year of eating organic keeps you out of the hospital for one day, it's paid for itself - two days and you've doubled your investment! And since it is more nutritious (laboratory tests have proven this) you don't have to eat as much of it to get what you need.

            Consumer Reports is now recommending that we eat only organic foods as much as possible in order to avoid pesticides and other poisons in our food.

Dr. James Duke's Internet Database
This site has a ton of information about ethnobotanical uses of different herbs and their various chemical constituents. If you want to know what plant contains the most calcium, zinc, rutin, malic acid, or berberine, this is the place to look. 

La Leche League International
This is an excellent source of information on Breast Feeding your baby, the best possible way to feed any baby.

eBay
From juicers and food dehydrators, to books, herb seeds, and tapes, you can find a lot of your good health supplies here (and at great prices, I might add).
