Therapeutic Massage

I am also a Certified Massage Therapist as of June 21st, 2004 and I offer a variety of different types of massage therapy to relax, ease tension, erase pain, correct posture, break down scar tissue, improve circulation, help in rehabilitation from injuries, and much, much more, so I thought I'd include a page on the significant health benefits that can be gained through the use of appropriate massage techniques.

Classes in the Denver area

Classes are offered at different locations throughout the Denver area. Sometimes I even give classes just for kids who want to know how to take care of themselves naturally! This page has a schedule of upcoming classes that you can come to.
